Smart Table – Interactive digital Working of the Future
In a joint project with Professor Dr. Max Mühlhäuser, Director of the Institute Telecooperation at the Technische Universität Darmstadt (www.tk.informatik.tu-darmstadt.de) and Vario Office Furniture (www.vario.com), we develop a new and extended version of the „Smart Table“, that allows interactive and digital working of the future. Flexible Working Worlds, supported by Vario-Office Furniture, can be experienced in the Leap in Time Lab.

Together with W-tec AG (www.wtec.ag), we test and examine new and sustainable lighting technologies. The lighting concept of the future does not know light switches – it automatically adapts to the environmental, natural light. Services of the Future – „Digitalization of Services“
In joint research with Taunussparkasse Bad Homburg (www.taunussparkasse.de), we investigate services of the future. Hereby, we particularly focus on the digitalization of services. For example, we test how service robots will change the service delivery of the future.
Virtual Reality – New ways of working together Together with present 4D we experiment with the latest VR technology. In the Leap in Time Lab visitors can explore 360° Pictures and videos as well as fully digital worlds.
Innovation Competence – New ways of working together to create technology Together with Invensity we explore how we can work together to create technology for complex and dynamic markets. Building up a rock-solid innovation competence is key to the futurability of a company.
