Your tasks
We are looking for team assistants (m/f/d) to provide administrative support to teams
of consultants working on a client project in the context of the innovation bootcamp.
The working hours are 10 to 15 hours/week on three half days a week.
• Administrative coordination of the team: team agreement and reminders, milestone
coordination.
• Document production support: minutes, presentations
• Data management (especially related to documents)
• Simple research
Your profile
If the following characteristics essentially apply to you, then you are exactly right:
• Very good written and spoken English
• Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and initiative
• Availability during the project period
• Experience with administrative and coordinating activities is an advantage, but not
mandatory

• Processing of the customer project on the basis of delimited task units
• Development of a strategy for the customer to enter the semiconductor market in a
team: application of different methods and perspectives
